in the

round of the
Irvine
Valley
Classic.
Sophomore
co-captain Jeremiah
Slowik
poured in a
career-high
22 points to
go along
with six
rebounds to
lead the
Pirates.
The rest of
the crew
could not
keep pace,
however, as
Jordan
Harris' 10
points was
the only
other player
in double-figures.
Pierce
Brooks
pulled down
eight rebounds
and dished
out three
assists for
VC, while Troy
Watson
also handed
out three
