Peak Finder for 13C NMR, 1H NMR, Mass spectrocsopy, IR
TelSpec IR Simulator generates an IR for known compounds

Properties:
ChemFinder for finding physical properties and structures
    Compound identification by physical property

Structure:
Bio-macromolecules, Proteins, DNA, RNA, and Enzyme structures
Beowulf Cluster molecular model rendering via super computer

Reactions:
Organic Syntheses: determines reactants, products, reagents, and conditions for organic reactions using structures and words to describe reactions.
Organic Reactions Roadmap: An excellent roadmap showing many pertinent reactions needed for completing organic synthesis.

Molecular Modeling:
Waltz Molecular Modeling: Draw molecules using Nanocad, minmize energy, export as .xyz or .pdb and import those molecules into the Waltz supercomputer to determine electrons density maps or molecular orbitals and view a VRML representation of the output.
ISIS/Draw: Downloadable program that enables you to draw and insert molecular structures into documents, Web pages, spreadsheets, and presentations. It has a feature that will automatically name compounds you draw.
ViewerLite 5: Downloadable program (5.4 MB) is for analyzing 3-D molecular models. From small molecules to DNA structures. It is excellent at determining the electrostatic potential for a molecule and gives beautiful structural depictions of molecules. This program completely compatible with Isis Draw for quick input or output of structures. Also allows you to save files in several different formats. Just run the installation program to install.
RasMol: Downloadable program (.5 MB) is for analyzing 3-D molecular models. From small molecules to DNA structures. The program also has the help files (rasmol.hlp and raswin.hlp) that need to be placed in the same folder as the raswin.exe file. Try a right click on these links and "Save target as" to save these files.
