ViewerLite 5 (5.4 MB) is for analyzing 3-D molecular models. From small molecules to DNA structures. It is excellent at determining the electrostatic potential for a molecule and gives beautiful structural depictions of molecules. This program completely compatible with Isis Draw for quick input or output of structures. Also allows you to save files in several different formats. Just run the installation program to install.
RasMol (.5 MB) is for analyzing 3-D molecular models. From small molecules to DNA structures. The program also has the help files (rasmol.hlp and raswin.hlp) that need to be placed in the same folder as the raswin.exe file. Try a right click on these links and "Save target as" to save these files.
