Thomas Sanchez
(History)
selected by
Lindsay Trout
I
chose History Professor Tomas Sanchez as my
favorite teacher. As a Communications major,
the thought of taking a history class didn’t
appeal much to me. However, Professor Sanchez
always made class interesting. Throughout the
entire semester he kept everyone attentive and
wanting to learn. He is an excellent teacher
who is always looking for ways to help is
students succeed both inside and outside of the
classroom. One of the things that makes class
with Professor Sanchez so interesting is that
even for seemingly dry topics, he makes them
interesting by making the class laugh.
Professor Sanchez helped me to further my
knowledge of Chicano history and for that I am
grateful. I’m very happy that I took his class.
Thank you, Professor Sanchez, for all the good
times I had with you in class this past
semester.
