Tip Off Mentor Program With Lunch
On
September 21 the Pirates began the 2007-08 Mentor Program
with a lunch at Snapper Jack's Mexican Restaurant near
campus. The players were introduced to their mentors,
and everyone had a great chance to get acquainted, exchange
phone numbers and emails, and begin or reestablish their
relationship.
"In all the years we have had the mentor program, this
is the best tip-off event we have ever had," commented
head coach Ned Mircetic. "I hope its the
beginning to a great all around year."
